“The calentado and batidos were good. Typical Colombian food. Not a huge place so it's good if you're looking for a chill vibe compared to the bigger franchises down the road. Just make sure to have cash for tips as you can't leave tip on the credit card.”

We opened our doors on Bergenline Ave because we wanted to bring a little piece of Colombia to the neighborhood we call home. The kind of place where you can sit down for a plate of Colombian food, hear a song that takes you back, and celebrate every goal with people who feel the same pride you do. That’s how La 57 became more than just a name. It became the corner where West New York comes together to eat, laugh, raise a glass, and cheer for Colombia. We call it Noches de la 57 because, around here, La 57 is where the neighborhood comes to share a little bit of what makes Colombia special.
